Nestled within Clear Creek County’s charm lies the Georgetown Loop Railroad, a vintage narrow-gauge rail journey winding between Georgetown and Silver Plume. This 4.5‑mile, 640 ft elevation gain loop offers hairpin turns, towering trestles and a view of the iconic Devil’s Gate High Bridge, a true engineering feat of the 1880s.
With running steam engines and Georgetown Loop history, the destination invites visitors from near and far to step into Colorado’s past.
